How We Work

Our Approach to Nonprofit Finance Education

Every Rizana programme follows the same methodology: general education only, structured delivery, practical materials and group learning. The depth and duration vary by programme level.

1. Needs Assessment

We discuss your committee's current situation to confirm which programme fits best before enrolment.

2. Structured Sessions

Each session follows a prepared plan covering one area of nonprofit financial management clearly and sequentially.

3. Group Discussion

Participants share real scenarios from their organisations. Learning from peers strengthens understanding considerably.

4. Take-Away Tools

Participants leave with templates, reference sheets and (where applicable) a printed manual ready to use at their next meeting.

Standards

How We Maintain Quality Across Every Programme

Privacy of Participant Information

Names and contact details collected at enrolment are used only for programme delivery and communication. They are not sold or passed to third parties.

No Regulated Advice

All content is informational only. Facilitators are trained to stay within educational boundaries and redirect questions requiring professional advice accordingly.

Annual Content Review

All session materials and templates are reviewed at least once each year. Where approaches or common practices change, content is updated before the next programme delivery.

Participant Feedback at Every Session

Written feedback is collected at the close of each session. This is reviewed by programme staff and used directly in planning subsequent deliveries.

Facilitator Readiness

Before each programme, facilitators review the participant list and any relevant context. Sessions are not delivered off-the-shelf without preparation.

Template Usability Testing

Every editable tool distributed to participants is tested for usability before being included in any programme package. Tools that are confusing or difficult to use are revised before distribution.

Pricing

Clear, Transparent Pricing

All prices are per participant and stated in Ringgit Malaysia. Materials are included unless noted at enrolment.
